Become a Quran Scholar: Tips for Serious Learners
- Age 5-6: Many programs accept children as young as 5, focusing on basic alphabetically (Alif, Baa) Qaida and simple memorization(Nimaz, Masnoon Duas, Kalmas) etc.
- Age 7-9: At this age, children can start learning to read and recite the Quran more fluently, along with understanding basic Islamic concepts.
- Age 10-12: This age group can delve deeper into memorization and interpretation, learning Tajweed (rules of Quranic recitation) and more complex teachings.
- Age 13-15: Teenagers can engage in more advanced studies, including Tafsir (interpretation of the Quran) and discussions on Islamic values and ethics.
We prioritize your child’s safety by implementing secure online platforms. Classes are monitored, and communication is only between the instructor and students. We also encourage parental supervision during lessons.
We prioritize keeping parents informed about their child’s progress throughout the course. Here’s how we ensure regular updates:
1. Monthly Progress Reports
- We provide detailed reports at the end of each month, outlining your child’s achievements, areas of improvement, and overall progress in Quranic studies, Tajweed, memorization, and other subjects.
2. Parent-Teacher Meetings
- Regular virtual parent-teacher meetings are scheduled to discuss your child’s development and address any concerns or questions you may have. This allows for real-time feedback and collaboration on enhancing the learning experience.
3. Class Recordings
- You will have access to class recordings, allowing you to review the lessons at your convenience and track your childβs participation and progress.
4. Instant Feedback
- Instructors provide continuous feedback on your child’s recitation and performance during lessons, keeping you informed of their strengths and areas that need focus.
5. Personalized Learning Plan Updates
- For children with specific learning goals, we provide updates on their personalized learning plan, ensuring you are aware of milestones achieved and what lies ahead.
1. Standard Class Duration: 30 Minutes
- Most of our classes are 30 minutes long, which is ideal for maintaining focus, especially for younger students or beginners.
2. Extended Classes: 45-60 Minutes
- For older students or those working on more advanced topics like Quran memorization (Hifz) or Tajweed, we offer extended sessions of 45-60 minutes to provide in-depth learning.
3. Customized Class Durations
- We also offer the option to customize class durations based on your childβs learning pace and goals. This ensures the class fits both the childβs schedule and their ability to absorb the material effectively.
Yes! We offer a free trial class, allowing you and your child to experience our teaching methods and curriculum before making a commitment.
Absolutely! You have the flexibility to choose. Simply view your tutor’s schedule on their profile page and select any available time slot that suits your preferences for your lesson.
Our course days are planned to ensure consistent learning while accommodating your familyβs schedule. Hereβs an overview of our course day plans:
1. 5 Days a Week Plan (Monday to Friday)
- This is our most popular plan, offering regular lessons five days a week. It provides a balanced approach, allowing students to learn steadily while giving them the weekend to rest or review.
2. 3 Days a Week Plan (Alternate Days)
- For families who prefer a lighter schedule or have busy routines, we offer classes on alternate days, such as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
3. Weekend Classes (Saturday and Sunday)
- For students with limited availability during the weekdays, we also offer weekend-only classes. This option allows for more flexibility and convenience, especially for working families.
4. Customized Schedule
- We understand that every studentβs needs are different. We can customize the class schedule according to your preferred days and times, ensuring flexibility without compromising on learning quality.
Having a fundamental understanding of computer usage is essential. Being able to navigate through a web browser and access websites is a valuable skill. Children might need parental guidance to initiate the classroom session, but once they’re in, the platform itself is user-friendly and intuitive.
